Learn how to document what actually matters—from student behavior trends and staff performance to program popularity and scheduling conflicts—without creating extra administrative burden. Participants will leave with a practical framework for building a shared logging system that improves communication, strengthens decision-making, and turns scattered observations into clear, actionable data across their Auxiliary programs.
