About me
I began my career as a Physical Education teacher and softball coach at Girls Preparatory School in June 1999. In October 2003, I was named the Summer Program Director. I remained in classroom, on the field, and at the head of GPS Summer Programs until 2015. In June 2015, I spun my hat to full time Director of Auxiliary Programs. I have presented multiple times at TAIS, TAHPERD, and FAPHERD. At GPS, we have a full line-up with summer camps, athletic clinics, winter camp, and community events for prospects and futures. We have 1000 campers each year. In addition to summer programming, we have Cadek Conservatory of Music (two locations) that has 300 students each year. Oh, and one more thing, The Bow, our school store for gear, gifts, and goodies. I am excited to meet the others at SPARC and look forward to coming back to Tennessee with fresh ideas for 2019!
I would love to share more about camps for girls, programming for girls in sport, and community outreach.
