About me
I can't remember a time in my adult life that didn't involve working with and advocating for kids. Currently I do that work as the Director of Summer Fenn and Auxiliary Programs at the Fenn School where I get to serve families and kids by providing impactful camp and enrichment experiences for over a thousand children each year, which makes me so happy.
I'm also a Behavioral Specialist, certified in the Collaboratlve Problem Solving model, pioneered at Mass General Hospital's Department of Psychiatry, where I was train. I guide parents and educators in this highly effective, researched based approach to addressing kids' challenging behaviors. I also have a private practice, working directly with families in the home.

I could listen to/chat with someone all day about mindfulness, social justice, issues around child advocacy, leadership, and organizational culture. I'm generally curious about the different ways in which people set out to make the world better. I love being around animals, volunteer at a local rescue, and for fun I swim, play guitar, hike with my dog, and root for the Boston Red Sox!
