About me
Pamela Torres is an experienced educator and strategic leader with over 20 years of dedication to fostering inclusive, innovative, and globally minded learning environments. She currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Cambridge School of Weston (CSW), where she spearheads educational strategy, curriculum innovation, and program development. In this role, Pamela also oversees CSW’s Summer Programs and successfully relaunched the CSW Summer Camp in 2025 with support from SPARC.
Prior to her current position, Pamela held leadership roles including Chair of Languages and Dean of Students at Shore Country Day School, where she directed curriculum design, managed departmental operations, and advanced the school’s vision for world language education. Her teaching journey has spanned other institutions such as Phillips Academy and Brooks School, along with international assignments in Ecuador and Spain, where she supported diverse learners and global education initiatives.
A lifelong learner, Pamela is deeply committed to empowering both students and educators. Her work centers on building equitable learning environments, advancing cross-cultural understanding, and preparing young people with the critical skills needed for success in an interconnected world.
