Bob Rojee, SPARC Sr. Advisor, is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in youth and staff development, recreational operations, and auxiliary program management. He has built and directed successful auxiliary programs from the ground up at multiple independent schools, led a large YMCA summer camp serving over 800 campers daily, and launched a start-up sports and recreation business that generated over $10 million annually.
